From 1st October in Switzerland, people can sign up to an electronic donor register. Created on the initiative of Swisstransplant, this electronic register offers a “modern solution” to replace the donor card. Registration will be “voluntary” and can be changed at any time. It will not replace the interview protocol with the relatives of the deceased.
