Publié le 2 Sep, 2015

Following the recent decision by India and Thailand to strictly limit access to surrogacy, Nepal has become thefavourite destination for families seeking to have children.  According to a spokesperson from the Nepalese Supreme Court, “There is currently no surrogacy legislation in Nepal, which poses numerous constitutional and legal problems”for the surrogate mothers who can be exploited and for the children conceived in this way.
